Role: Program Manager- Fellowship, Mumbai

Salary: Up to 4.8-6 LPA
Note - This is a 12-month contractual role aligned with the duration of the Fellowship program.

The role requires active and hands-on use of AI tools for program design, content creation, reporting, and operational efficiency.

About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a first-of-its-kind, immersive leadership and career acceleration program for high-potential young women from restrictive socio-economic backgrounds.

Unlike traditional program management roles that are largely administrative, this position focuses on designing high-quality learning experiences, mentoring participants, and collaborating with key stakeholders to unlock aspirational career pathways. The role blends strategy, execution, empathy, and relationship-building to drive deep, long-term transformation.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Drive outreach and invite applications from the target participant group.

2. Design, coordinate, and lead key elements of the immersive experience, including:

  • Industry capstone projects
  • Workplace GenAI learning journeys
  • Leadership masterclasses
  • One-on-one mentorship engagements with senior professionals

3. Manage and nurture relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

4. Build one-on-one relationships with cohort participants (maximum 15 at a time) to enable deeply personalised growth journeys

5. Enable participants to create vlogs documenting their progress to inspire peers and communities

6. Track outcomes and prepare impact and progress reports.

7. Collaborate closely with admin and operations teams to ensure smooth program execution and monitoring

Background & Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in program management, client servicing, partnerships, business development, or stakeholder-facing roles (Open to candidates from non-development sector backgrounds)
  • Strong interest in leadership development, learning design, and youth mentorship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Comfortable with hybrid work and periodic field visits.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, AI tools, Canva, and digital collaboration platforms.
