The Program Manager is in charge of: REC The program Manager coordinates the activities assigned by the program manager, in order to provide customers with the desired deliverables (products or services), on schedule, at the required level of quality and accordance with applicable contractual requirements and standards. He/she participates in the program reviews and reporting sessions, and acts as the interface between the customer and the organization assigned to the programme. The Program Manager ensures that the orders are properly set up in the system (SAP) and collaborated with the customer (acknowledgement, rescheduling and /or cancellation). Requirements: Have an experience in project/program management. Knowledge customer service. Knowledge of SAP. Bachelor of Engineering. 5 years, experience in project/program management. ERP-SAP (SCM operations). Advanced English.
