Program Manager - Future Ready Naari Fellowship

Work Mode: Full-time, Hybrid
Pay: INR 6 LPA
Background: 1-2 years of experience in project management / client servicing or similar (non-development sector experience also qualifies)

You will be leading a first-of-its-kind program in India — the Future Ready Naari Fellowship, a 12-month immersive leadership and career-accelerating program for extraordinary young women from restrictive backgrounds. Unlike conventional program management roles where the focus is largely on administrative aspects - here you will design exposures & experiences, be a mentor and collaborate with key stakeholders together with whom we will open aspirational pathways for our future ready naaris.
