Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located at Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations, the Program Manager is responsible for will be in charge of guiding a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services, and will be up the development and implementation of a project, pricing, and program strategies to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
What a typical day looks like:
- Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets.
- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results.
- Provide help, knowledge, and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities, ensuring completion of all adherence made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics.
- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of the program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also have control over different accounts of various complexities.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as an escalation in the event of customer issues.
- In charge of customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
- Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
- Holds up production sites for projects, costs, and other customer-related matters through business and expertise.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience in program or project management within manufacturing or automation (Mechanical assembly projects).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and expectations.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and P&L management.
- Availability to travel.
