Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Operations Center of Excellence team at Ambak. Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for operations improvement projects across Fulfillment, Credit, Disbursal, and Partner Engagement.
• Identify process gaps, design workflows, and implement SOPs to enhance TATs, NPS, and partner satisfaction.
• Liaise with Tech/Product teams to drive automation opportunities and workflow digitization.
