Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic key relationships to grow health professions simulation education. Promote the visibility, reputation, and interests of Froedtert ThedaCare, via events, publications, presentations, and other network activities. Ensure strategic goals for health professions simulation education are articulated and met
  • Oversee the development and implementation of all health professions simulation program initiatives and implement strategies to expand and enhance those programs and services. Design, develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum, courses, scenarios, and other initiatives related to health professions simulation. Focus on engaging Team Members to optimize use of simulation as an important component of staff, trainee, and student learning experiences, such as in-situ consultations and simulation learning events
