- *Works under the direction of the Hawai'i Early Childhood Educator Excellence and Equity (ECE3) Project Director (PD) and Principle Investigator (PI) to provide leadership, management, and oversight on the development and implementation of a statewide continuous quality improvement (CQI) and technical assistance (TA) system for Hawai'i's early care and education mixed-delivery system.
- *Coordinates the overall management needs of the initiative. Responsible for programmatic reporting requirements, fiscal, budgetary, personnel management and grant writing.
- *Serves as liaison with internal collaborators (UH System, UHCCs, P-20, Center on the Family, Learning to Grow Project) and external collaborators (i.e., DHS, EOEL, DOE, DOH, County Early Childhood Coordinators, Head Start, and other nonprofits, like PATCH, early childhood programs, consultants, philanthropic organizations, policy makers, early childh...
