Program Manager works in coordination with production planning, Customer Service Representatives as well in collaboration with Operations Managements to ensure Customer commitments on product demand. Responsabilities: Customer demand: 1. Coordinates production line capability according to customer needs, requires adjustments on operative resources. 1. 2. Coordinates customer forecast in ERP system according to demand. 3. Handle negotiations with customers, CSR and product line manager to adjust customer demand trough RCCP and S&OP reports. 4. Evaluates supply chain (supplier capabilities and customer demands). P&L 1. Provides support on DM cost reduction projects. 2. Provides supports on correct inventory administration. a) Excess and obsoletes. b) Projection and inventory releases to use every month. 3.
