Program Manager
PROGRAM MANAGER SUMMARY:
The primary function and responsibility of the Program Manager, is to assure the plants are prepared to launch new products, mid cycle enhancement and another major projects as identified.
PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for coordinating the activities to assure the plants systems equipment, tracking programs are completed on time and in compliance with company systems.General knowledge of operations, including scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems.General knowledge of finance, including ability to read and understand financial data such as product income statements, return on investment analysis, net-present value analysis.Responsible for Red Flag process when launch is missing Key Quality or Timing Elements.Responsible for all launch activity to ensure support departments stay in focu...
