Hiring: Technical Program Manager – Oracle Aconex (EPCM Domain)
We are looking for a domain-driven Technical Program Manager with strong EPCM and construction delivery experience to lead Oracle Aconex–based construction programs. This role is focused on real project execution, not a generic IT or Agile TPM position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Aconex implementations across EPCM projects
- Own construction document control: RFIs, submittals, transmittals, workflows
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, and owners
- Manage construction milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Support integrations with ERP, reporting, and project controls systems
- Drive Aconex adoption across site and office stakeholders
Mandatory Experience
- 8+ years in EPCM / construction program delivery
- Hands-on Oracle Aconex implementation experience
