General Responsibilities:
The Program Manager II position supports the OSP Associate Director of Data Management and Systems with all systems related to the OSP day-to-day operations, including conversion, training, documentation, and quality control initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Serve as the OSP systems liaison to UAB Central Administration. Perform as a team lead of system conversion and implementation projects. Provides support for OSP personnel regarding the processing of complex research projects, including proper workload assignment and system structure. Revises and creates OSP internal SOPs, workflows, and process documents as needed for system implementation.
