**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience supporting program management operations for silicon development organizations.
+ Experience managing vendor and temp worker contracts, budgets, purchase orders, and onboarding.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience working alongside silicon engineering teams and technical program managers on process improvement efforts.
