Job Description
Responsible for implementing, overseeing, and managing assigned major contract program(s). Achieve total Customer Satisfaction and profitable growth. Provide leadership role as the primary point of contact for major programs in order to establish a growing long-term business relationship through delivery. Achieve preferred supplier recognition from customer. Works with Project/Program Managers to review and monitor project/program health Participation in early dataCon involvement with customer new product development. Acts as the Company’s technical point of contact.
Specific Duties: Develops, directs, and monitors projects and programs from quote phase to purchase order processing and delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.
