Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing complete offline coaching operations, including student acquisition, academic planning, marketing, and exam coordination.

Salary: Upto ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of offline coaching center

- Plan and execute student acquisition strategies

- Design and improve course structure

- Coordinate with teachers and staff

- Plan and execute offline marketing activities

- Manage exams tests and academic schedules

- Track performance and prepare reports

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience in offline coaching institute mandatory

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Understanding of academic operations and marketing
