Job Description

The Program Manager will support the Medicare Stars Team and its leadership, with potential involvement in other Medicare lines of business or Health Plan Operations initiatives. This role is responsible for managing CMS Stars activities throughout the year, including Preview Season and Year-End efforts. Key duties include tracking and responding to executive leadership requests, preparing and presenting Stars activity reports, and facilitating internal team meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management capabilities, excellent communication skills-especially in developing materials for executive audiences-and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams and functions.
