Program Manager

**Job Responsabilities**
- Maintan active and effective communication with the client to providing proactive support to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor customer service level performance reports income profits, losses in a daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Lead and work with customer teams to resolve service issues or meet revenue and profit objectives.
- Management of internal supporting teams to provide communication of customer requirements and program implementations.
- Collaboration with the production department to meet customer expectations and company profits.
- Preparation of reports required by the client using system data.
- Management of periodic reviews for program milestones and/ or KPI measurements.
- Preparation and coordination of presentations for clients.
- Management of visits to client on company facilities.
