Program Manager

The purpose of the Program Manager (ISLA/residential services) position is to create, cultivate, sustain, and maintain (in every aspect) the kind of programs they would entrust their loved ones to.

The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring House Managers and their teams successfully oversee the day-to-day operations of their assigned program (e.g., residential, supported living, supported employment, day program). Under the direction of the Program Manager, the House Manager administers all aspects of client care, including dietary and hygiene needs, medical needs (if applicable), financial needs (if applicable), day program, school, or work attendance, participation in enriching and educational activities both at home and in the community, and general client welfare.
