Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a key member, you will define and refine integration strategies, operating models, and Day-1 to Day-100 plans. Your role will involve leading complex multi-stream programs with tight timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Define and refine integration strategies, operating models, and Day-1 to Day-100 plans.
- Develop and evolve detailed program structures including workplans, milestones, KPIs, and interdependencies, aligned with the overall deal and integration strategy.
- Lead M&A integration programs spanning corporate and business functional streams.
- Establish and operate integration governance .
- Ensure reporting accuracy, KPI tracking, and decision-ready information flow to senior management, Steering Committee, and stakeholders.
- Drive execution of integration streams, ensuring timely delivery and quality from delivering streams.
- Monitor, review, and report integration budget actual vs budgeted spend across all work streams.
- Prepare documentation for Steering Committee / ExCom / leadership meetings.
- Ensure that the integration process complies with our client's policies and project governance obligations.
- Share experience and learning across the organization, bringing in internal teams where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering post-merger integration across multiple business functions and geographies.
- Experience working with different integration models (Preservation, Symbiosis, Absorption, full transformation).
- Demonstrated success leading complex multi-stream programs with tight timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and challenge acquisition rationales, synergy cases, and integration imperatives, ensuring execution aligns with business goals.
- Experience in cultural integration, communication plans, stakeholder alignment, and change management.
- Strong track record working in multinational and multi-cultural environments and matrixed organizations.
- Understanding of core corporate processes and how and when to integrate or verticalize Finance, HR, Legal, Workplace, Security.
- Understanding of commercial models and processes.
- Familiarity with transition processes such as TSA management, compliance, and corporate policy adoption.
- Ability to engage and understand R&D, architecture, security, and product teams on system migrations, tool replacements, API integration, or platform alignment (as applicable to the acquisition).
