Overview

The Program Manager - Major Projects is responsible for the strategic oversight, coordination, and delivery of the organization's major projects portfolio, directly reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO). This role provides leadership to Project Managers assigned to large, complex, and high-risk projects, ensuring consistent execution, strong governance, and alignment with business objectives.

Acting as the senior escalation point for major projects, the Program Manager ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards, while driving continuous improvement across project delivery processes, tools, and performance.
