Overview

Tulay sa Pag-Unlad, Inc. seeks an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our team. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating our community development programs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing proposals, project plans, and design reports in the development and implementation of microenterprise development and social welfare loan programs aligned with the priorities, directions, and strategies of the Organization.
• Manages the product program that includes in planning, collaboration among units/groups in the timely and effective execution of product programs.
• Enhance and develop policies based on gathered and analyzed data.
