We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead and optimize the candidate review process for our product and infrastructure pipelines. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality evaluation process that supports our hiring goals and drives the success of our teams.

PM with 4+ years of program management; strong data & analytical skills, Experience influencing others across multiple teams within the organization and cross functionally, Self-directed, detail oriented, and highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently, Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience fostering positive, cross-functional working relationships.
