Core Molding Technologies is hiring a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through new product launches using our structured Launch Process.
In this role, you’ll manage complex, multi-site programs—ensuring flawless execution in cost, quality, and timing across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end program execution from planning through launch
- Manage timelines, scope, budgets, and risk across multiple initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and vendor support
- Develop project plans, statements of work, and reporting documentation
- Track KPIs (cost, PPAP, timing, quality) and drive issue resolution
- Host weekly team meetings and deliver executive-level updates
- Support process improvements and promote program management standards
