Gurgaon, New Delhi .

Work from the client office 5 days a week.

Work Shift : India Shift, overlapping with US timings

Role: Program Manager

Key responsibilities:

Program manager for a large scale, complex and time-sensitive project in Cards and Payments areas

• Establish an integrated program plan including goals, high level timelines, key milestones.
• Manage program risks and issues.
• Ensure timely and precise communication with all stakeholders.
• Handle program level changes
• Ensure project status is shared via weekly status reports, steering committee reports, etc.
• Track scope, timelines, risks, financials

Mandatory skills*

Domain expertise

• Understands the complexities of large program management, dependencies on other tracks
• Strong technical background in payment processing systems, card management platforms, and related technologies.
• End-to-end card management process, including issuance, activation, and fulfillment.
• Experience in formulating testing plans, designing test cases, executing UAT, and conducting workshops
• Need to have a strong background on multitasking, maturity to handle pressure, good understanding of testing/ execution/ client interaction.

Desired skills*

• Working knowledge of credit cards platforms
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of payment gateways and integration processes.
• Must be excellent communicator and has track record of working with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create a compelling presentation.
• Should be Organized and proactive.
• Must have the working knowledge on Jira, SAFe agile, software development, release planning & migration, testing.
• Must have experience managing large programs for Banks and FIs
