**About the Role**
The Global Onboarding team is responsible for building onboarding and integration experiences that help new hires ramp quickly, feel connected, and succeed at Uber. As we enter our next phase of onboarding evolution, we are looking for a strong program manager with an employee experience and/or learning & development background to help design and build experiences across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on new hire community-building, integration, and new hire orientation redesign.
**What You'll Do**
+ Lead the design, execution, and scaling of new hire community programming and experiences, including end-to-end experience design, programming strategy, event cadence, and virtual and hybrid events that help new hires connect, engage, and integrate across regions.
+ Own the evolution of the New Hire Integration Programs, such as New Hire Orientation Content, Buddy Programs (new hire and manager buddy), including revamping ...
