Program Manager, North Warning System Program

Ottawa, ON. Reporting to the President, the Program Manager provides oversight and direction of the North Warning System (NWS) operational functions, ensuring the delivery of high-level program initiatives to meet organizational and contractual compliance. This role is responsible for strategic planning, operational integrity and leadership across multiple teams and departments. The Program Manager acts as the key liaison between the organization and the Government of Canada, ensuring the delivery of all NWS Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business planning and operational leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution, team leadership and the ability to drive accountability and a high-performance culture.
