Team Introduction

: The team is responsible for the end-to-end management of programs and projects that drive business objectives across the LATAM region. This includes strategy development, planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of various program types. These responsibilities fall into two core areas: 1. Program Management: the planning and execution of programs, cross-functional coordination and measurement.
2. In-App Strategy, which includes the strategic use of promotional levers to maximize the program impact within the platform.
We are looking for a Project Manager on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. Responsibilities: Program Management:
-Lead end-to-end project management for regional programs, ensuring consistent execution while tailoring approaches for market-specific needs.
-Develop and execute program concepts and initiatives that span multiple LATAM markets.
-Collaborate closely with Central and cross-functional (XFN) teams to ensure strong strategic and operational alignment.
-Partner with Creator & Publisher teams to ensure alignment with regional content strategies.
-Gather, analyze, and interpret program data across markets to refine activation strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Program Planning & Operations:
-Plan and execute promotional strategies to grow the LATAM content ecosystem, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of program goals.
-Oversee day-to-day operations of local market programs, optimizing performance for maximum impact. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
-Define, establish, and track key metrics to measure program success and inform continuous improvement.
-Deliver regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to refine program execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams including Central Creator, Central Publisher, and Regional teams to ensure seamless program execution.
-Coordinate with XFN partners such as Finance, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, GBS, and Comms to ensure accurate budget tracking, smooth administrative processes, and compliance with financial and legal requirements.
-Manage and negotiate with external suppliers to execute programs and events, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Interest or experience in partner management, account support, and/or the Creator & Publisher ecosystem across LATAM.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
-Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications:
-Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics, audience behaviors, and cultural nuances.
-Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
-Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project and program management.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
-High adaptability and agility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
-Ability to design scalable activation plans that work across multiple markets with appropriate localization.
