Program Manager -Parenting Education

Position Type: Full-Time Exempt Reports to: Assistant Director Location: 1500 Market Street; some travel required throughout Philadelphia Job overview: The Parenting Education Program Manager will oversee program operations of the Focus on Fathers program (FOF), the Relationship Education in the Mix program (REMix), and other fatherhood/parenting initiatives, including coordinating and scheduling program activities, supervision, training of Case Managers, Parent Educators, Financial Specialists, and the Outreach team. The Parenting Education Program Manager will also be responsible for data entry management, communication with funders, and contract negotiation with partners for parenting education programs. The Parenting Education Program Manager participates as part of the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) team.
