  • Leading a complex program in a fast-paced development and manufacturing environment
  • Program is executed according to a stage gate product development and product introduction process.
  • Overall coordination of the entire program
  • In charge of overall budget, timelines, resources and overall risk management
  • Drive for decisions with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Responsible for project controlling and reporting
  • Close collaboration with customer and internal stakeholders
  • Reporting status of Program to senior management (internal and customer)
  • Summarize and communicate complex circumstances to various levels of stakeholders

    • Your Profile


  • Min 15 year experience in the field of program/project management within the semiconductor, electronics, automotive or optical industry
  • BSc/MSC/ Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering / Photonics / Physics / Optics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills.
  • Target driven personality with high execution focus
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • A thorough knowledge of project management skills
  • Proficiency with planning and risk management
  • Excellent problem solving skills
