Role Summary

Owns the Central Ops operating cadence and cross-functional execution system. Drives KPI governance, weekly business reviews, incident-to‑RCA-to‑CAPA flow, and ensures work lands in ClickUp with clear owners and due dates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the weekly KPI operating rhythm: rollups, trend reviews, actions, CAPA tracking, and follow‑through.
  • Operate the incident and escalation pipeline: intake, triage routing, RCA facilitation, CAPA creation, due dates, and closure verification.
