***Only qualified Program Manager located near the Plano, TX or Atlanta, GA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Skills:
•Looking for a Program/Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience managing SOPs, supporting a cross-functional team, looking at the process, and partnering for change management
• Project Management & Communication Skills, Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to gain stakeholder alignment and sign-off from key departments like Legal, Compliance, and Risk on new policies and strategies
• Expertise in identifying and analyzing gaps and vulnerabilities in existing business processes, specifically within validation and verification workflows
• Documentation: Skilled in creating and maintaining detailed technical and procedural documentation, including process analyses, policy updates, test plans, and business requirements
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams, including legal, compliance, engineering, and operations
Duties:
• The Business Deliverables for this role will include, but are not limited to:
• A detailed report identifying gaps and vulnerabilities in our business validation processes, showing how invalid businesses are passing checks
• Defined metrics and a framework for measuring and reporting the effectiveness of enhanced business validation
• Creation of new Salesforce dashboards, reports, and case creation workflows
• Proficient use of MS Excel to sort and file reports and perform advanced functions
