Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.



Responsibilities: 

  • Lead projects from strategy to execution, bringing clarity and momentum

  • Own and create the deliverables – execution-ready assets, project trackers, various reporting, briefs, timelines and communications

  • Translate input from risk and process product and stakeholders into clear, actionable plans

  • Drive alignment across teams, ensure everyone understands priorities, decisions and next steps

  • Act as the point of accountability, managing details while keeping the bigger picture in focus

  • Tackle ambiguity with confidence, step in where needed and lead by doing
