Overview

Job Description: The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring from start to finish – the scoping and then the delivery of complex projects on time and according to the negotiated Scope of Work. The Program Manager is expected to manage a virtual team comprising customer contacts, Fortinet Sales, Professional Services and Technical Support to ensure a technically sound, financially profitable, supportable implementation. The position requires exceptional negotiation, written and verbal communication skills and a structured approach for implementing IT security solutions.

The Program Manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
