Role Title: PQ Course Management – Associate
This role plays a key part in supporting end-to-end operations of professional training programs including ACCA, CMA, CFA and Diploma in IFRS courses.
- Schedule coordination with trainers.
- Liaise with clients to resolve issues. You will coordinate schedules to ensure seamless delivery of the course content.
You will act as an interface between our team and external stakeholders, providing prompt resolutions for any queries or concerns that arise during program execution. This role requires effective communication skills as you interact regularly with both internal teams and external partners such as learners.
