Program Manager, Quick Commerce Operations, Amazon Transportation Services Mexico
Join our innovative supply chain and operations team where you'll shape the future of ultrafast delivery in Mexico. In this role, you'll partner with third‑party organizations to drive operational excellence while developing strategic solutions that transform how customers receive their packages. You'll design and implement network optimization models that balance customer coverage, quality, capacity, and cost efficiency, leveraging large‑scale data analysis to support critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with third‑party organizations to drive achievement of all operational goals and performance targets.
- Design and implement network optimization models that solve complex integrated problems while balancing customer coverage, service quality, capacity constraints, and cost efficiency.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable operational insights and support strategic decision‑making.
- Navigate ambiguous situations to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance delivery network performance and operational excellence.
- Lead project execution, assess risks proactively, and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive delivery strategy and topology plans from conception to execution.
- Coordinate with field partners from third‑party organizations and execution teams to continuously improve delivery quality and customer experience.
- Demonstrate hands‑on leadership and ownership mentality in daily operations.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements.
- Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
