Job Description
As a Program Manager, you will lead multifunctional teams in the execution of our product development processes, ensuring a flawless product launch. You will manage a high degree of change, conflict, customer interaction and crisis management.

- Provide Project Plan in line with customer and Aptiv requirements: Define project milestones, timeline and project team
- Lead cross functional team for program goals understand and communicate customer requirements to the team
- Manage program plan that meets internal and customer deliverables
- Assure communication within the team and to the customer
- Lead team to ensure program profitability is at or above Program targets
