Program Manager - Regional

Overview

Job Summary: The role is to track the statuses of multi-site projects and deliver updated reports to key stakeholders. Coordinate with regional offices and GPA partners to ensure all the milestones are met and pre-empt any challenges to the project cycle. As this is a client facing role, interpersonal skills and good organizational skills are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Work with the local Project Managers to develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects in a program are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
