  • The Agile Coach / Program Manager will lead Agile transformation efforts, guide enterprise-level Agile adoption, and manage strategic programs to align business and technology outcomes.

  • This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, value delivery, and organizational agility through coaching, collaboration, and effective program governance.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide Agile coaching across all levels from delivery teams to senior leadership to embed Agile principles and accelerate organizational transformation.

  • Facilitate Agile maturity assessments and develop tailored coaching roadmaps to improve performance and collaboration.
