Program Manager - Salesforce

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation programs on Salesforce. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of Salesforce projects, lead cross-functional delivery teams, oversee project managers, and drive stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and budget management to ensure successful program delivery.

You will be accountable for overall program health, delivery quality, and client satisfaction across complex, multi-cloud Salesforce engagements. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and planning capabilities, as well as experience operating at the intersection of business strategy, digital delivery, and client management.

This position is based in Dubai.
