Program Manager

The Aerospace Program Manager will lead and oversee complex commercial aerospace programs from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for commercial stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain to achieve program objectives while mitigating risks and complying with relevant industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, develop detailed project plans, establish timelines, and allocate resources to ensure successful execution of aerospace initiatives.
• Lead multi-disciplined Integrated Product Teams (IPT's) to meet technical, schedule, and performance goals.
