Program Manager-Startups

The Program Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing startup programs to foster innovation and growth. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with startups, building strategic partnerships, facilitating mentorship programs, coordinating events and workshops, and driving key metrics to measure the success of initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with industry stakeholders to ensure alignment with nasscom’s vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Organizational skills to design, execute, and oversee initiatives effectively
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in project management / program management
• Expertise in building and nurturing partnerships and relationships with various stakeholders such as startups, enterprises, incubators/accelerators, and venture capital firms
