Key Responsibilities

Supplier Performance & Relationship Governance 

  • Co-develop governance policies, procedures, and frameworks for SPM and SRM in alignment with Micron’s global procurement strategy.

  • Work closely with SRM and SPM Program Managers to ensure governance models integrate seamlessly with performance and relationship initiatives.

  • Partner with category managers, process teams, and GP leaders to embed governance practices into operational workflows across regions and categories.

  • Establish compliance checkpoints, escalation protocols, and remediation workflows to ensure adherence to governance standards.

  • Coordinate Annual Supplier Evaluations (ASEs), including scorecard preparation, stakeholder engagement, and post-evaluation action tracking.

  • Analyze supplier performance data toidentifytrends, gaps, and improvement opportunities; provide recommendations for governance enhancements.

  • Conduct program health checks and gap analyses to ensure governance effectiveness and alignment with strategicobjectives.

  • Maintainstrong communicationchannels with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, andtimelyexecution of governance initiatives.

    • New York Local Business Spend Compliance 

  • Support the design and execution of validation processes to confirm supplier eligibility as New York businesses.

  • Assistin internal audits and documentation to meet NYS ESD requirements and safeguard Green CHIPS funding eligibility.

  • Collaborate with legal and government affairs teams tomaintainaudit readiness and mitigate compliance risks.

  • Ensureaccuratereporting of local spend and certification status for program transparency.

    • Autonomous Sourcing Supplier Enablement 

  • Provide tactical support for supplier onboarding and registration on autonomous sourcing platforms.

  • Partner with process teams toidentifyand resolve supplier engagement gaps and improve responsiveness.

  • Assistin change management and training activities to drive supplier adoption of autonomous sourcing workflows.
