Who we are looking for Extensive program/project management experience (10+ years) in HR technology deployment, digital transformation, or enterprise systems delivery. Experience with implementation of any HRIS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar). Prior SuccessFactors implementation experience is preferred.Demonstrated experience leading large, complex programs across multiple countries or business units. Proven ability to manage projects involving: systems’ integrations, data migration, process transformation, and system cutovers / discontinuance. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed, CE environment.
