Program Manager

We're seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Manager to lead and support outpatient and intensive outpatient drug and alcohol treatment programs. This role is ideal for a certified counselor with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of recovery, and a commitment to community wellness. Responsibilities Support the Program Director in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring timely client services. Train and mentor new and existing staff, interns, and volunteers. Lead recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure adherence to state and county regulations, oversee CalOMS and other mandatory reports, and maintain program certifications (DMC, AOD).
