Join Manulife’s Technology Transformation Office and help redefine how we enable learning and development across global technology teams. We are building a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, and we need a passionate, technically minded leader to drive the growth and maturity of our Content Library Program, enabling best-practice sharing across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full content lifecycle—from conceptualisation to post-publication success metrics.
- Engage with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) and the Manulife University team to ensure high-quality, engaging, and impactful technical content.
- Foster a strong community of practice around knowledge sharing.
Leadership & Strategic Alignment
- Provide direction and coaching to a distributed team of content development specialists.
- Partner with the Director to shape platform vision and roadmap.
