Job Summary

The Program Manager – TPO Power leads IT infrastructure service delivery across enterprise operations, overseeing project execution and resource coordination for cloud services, operating systems, databases, networks, telecommunications, and hardware environments. This role serves as the primary point of contact for infrastructure service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business and technology objectives.

The Program Manager partners closely with business leaders, IT application teams, and technical operations managers to define service requirements, manage projects and programs, and continuously improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
