**Responsibilities & Qualifications**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Serve as single point of contact to KO/COR and U.S. Army Network and Cyber Operations leadership; run IPRs and program reviews; deliver MSR/WSR and deliverables per PWS. Manage transition/phase‑in/out; ensure training/certification compliance (DoDM 8140.03), security, safety, and QCP/QASP alignment. Prioritize 24/7 mission support (watch floor, call‑outs), manage risks, changes, and performance metrics (PRS).
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
+ Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science **OR**
Associate’s degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience
**Experience**
+ Five (5) years of experience in OCONUS.
+ Three (3) years as a supervisor or project manager.
+ Proven experience in working with government customers
