Program Manager

We are currently seeking a Program Manager. The Program Manager position will be based out of the North Houston TX, facility. The role will manage new product introduction (NPI) and product improvement projects (PIP) from the customer RFQ phase to PPAP.

Responsibilities:
• Manage new product introduction projects (NPI) and product improvement projects (PIP) from the customer RFQ phase to PPAP.
• Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Report on project success criteria, results, metrics, and lessons learned.
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, and tools for successful project execution.
