**CONTRACT PENDING AWARD**

The Program Manager plays an integral role on the Senior Management Team providing operational support to the Executive Management Team. In addition, as the leader serving in the Program Manager role in support of the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) - White Sands Test Center (WSTC) - Mission Support Services contract, the key to success is in delivering effective and safe services. This role spearheads experienced leadership and contract management in a test and evaluation environment. The exceptional focus on customer needs and service and contractor responsiveness are mission critical in this role. 

The Program Manager organizes, plans, schedules, and controls all support and engineering work. The Program Manager shall be a responsible company official with authority to obligate the company regarding contractual and financial matters.
