Program Mass Properties Lead Engineer

**Vehicle mass and capability strategy**
- Build and handle the Mass and Load Capabilities Strategy to provide a competitive edge against other OEM products
- Advocate for the implementation of the strategy with senior management
**Mass modeling & prediction**
- Perform Mass Property predictions utilizing Ford processes for parametric and analytical methods
- Figure out mass distribution and inertia characteristics that are primary inputs for all subsequent modeling and analysis, including Structural, NVH, Ride and Handling, Crash and Rollover Safety
- Provide mass calculations for Vehicles Loads and ground reactions in various loading conditions
- Handle data in support of legal labeling and spring selection
**Regulatory compliance and global homologation**
- Perform calculations of all Masses and Ratings required on Regulatory Load Rating Labels and for legal Homologation for global markets
