Program Officer

Overview

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient design, development, and review of a range of flexible learning materials for print and eLearning that meet the needs of contemporary volunteer services. It is essential that these resources are designed from an adult learning and assessment principles perspective, to ensure they can be applied consistently throughout the state. You will also provide advice and support to the operational commands, staff, and volunteer trainers about the format and delivery of training courses and programs.
